I can never have enough coffee sleeves! Even in this 100° heat, I"m drinking hot coffee! I love my hot coffee BUT I"m excited that we're getting through summer! Summer is not my favorite season. I can't handle this heat.... that's why I"m so glad to be designing beanies again for the upcoming cooler season!
I figured I could use this pattern to assist with crocheting this stitch in the round. This coffee sleeve is inspired by my new beanie design, The Daisy Slouch.
What is this stitch? I have no idea. I started to play with the Trinity Stitch but then I decided to go off course and make it my own, which was kinda fun!

MATERIALS
5.5mm Crochet Hook - I used Hobby Lobby's Acrylic Hook
Tape Measure
Tapestry Needle

ABBREVIATIONS
ch – Chain
st(s) – Stitch(es)
sl st – Slip Stitch
beg – Beginning
rep – Repeat
sc – Single Crochet
sc3tog - Single Crochet 3 Stitches Together
yo - Yarn over
Special Stitch: Cluster (crocheted in previous used st & next 2) – work sc3tog starting with the previous st used: insert hook in last worked st, yo, pull up loop, [insert hook in next st, yo, pull up loop] twice, yo & pull through all 4 loops.
PATTERN
Foundation: ch24 or as many sts as you need for the size you want in multiples of 2.
Join your round by working a sl st to the first ch st. Make sure your ch sts are not twisted.
Round 1: ch1, work sc3tog in the first 3 sts, ch1, *CL st (sc3tog starting with the last used st and next 2 sts), ch1. Rep from * around. Sl st to the first st. sl st to the next st.
Repeat Round 1 until your sleeve is as tall as you'd like. I crocheted a total of 6 rounds.
