Left-Handed Tutorial
MATERIALS
Yarn
#5 Bulky (225 Yards)
5 Skeins of Sky Blue
Hook
Scissors
Large Eye Tapestry Needle
ABBREVIATIONS
ch - Chain
st(s) - Stitch(es)
sc - Single Crochet
tbl - Through Back Loop
Foundation: ch 79 or desired number of sts for the length of
your scarf. The width is approx 70”.
Row 1: 1 sc in 2nd ch from the hook & each ch across. (78 sts)
Row 2: ch1, turn. 1 sc tbl of every st across. (78 sts)
Repeat row 2 for a total of 19 rows or until desired width of
scarf. The width is approx 10”. Fasten off.
Fringe | 44 strands, 16-17” each strand
Use 2 strands and fold in half. Insert them on the edge of every
other row (or as evenly as possible).
Finishing
Trim the fringe and weave in the ends.
